Joskus iskee kova himo kakkupalaan teen kaveriksi, ja tekaisinkin tiikerikakun tapaisen tekeleen viikonloppuna. Olipa kyllä niin nopea kakku että siinä ei paljoa nokka tohissut ja lämpöinen leivonnainen oli melko herkkua iltateen kanssa.
Vein kakun puolikkaan töihin Maanantai-aamuna, ja siellä se kerkesi olla 3 minuuttia keittiössä ennenkuin katosi parempiin suihin. Sortsa pomo, vain nopeat elävät!
Ohje täältä ja lisäsin sokerikakku-taikinaan kourallisen rouhittuja manteleita ja suklaiseen taikinaan kourallisen rouhittua suklaata.
Sometimes you get hit by a massive craving for a cake with your tea. For this purpose I did kind of a marble cake (not really at all like a marbe cake) during the weekend. It was so quick and easy and very soon I had a warm piece of cake to go with my evening cup of tea.
I took half of the cake to work on Monday morning and it lasted three minutes in the kitchen, before there was only couple of crumbs left. Sorry boss, only the fast will survive!
Recipe from here and I added handful of chopped almonds to the normal cake mix and handful of chopped chocolate to the chocolate one.
